Our two bedroom condos have plenty of room for six people.  Most units have a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. Some units have a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom.  All of our two bedrooms have a sofa sleeper and the units sleep six.  Of course there is a nice living room, kitchen and bathroom and all our condos have a balcony with a view!

All of our units are individually owned and equipped with basic niceties that you would find in your own home, such as kitchen appliances and basic pots, pans, dishes & silverware.  Non-smoking units are available.

Rental Information

1.  Adult Registration is required.  Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent.
2.  Full Payment must be made at time of check-in.
3.  We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Cash, Travelers Cheques and Personal Checks with identification.
4.  All accommodations require a two-night minimum stay, holiday periods are subject to minimum stays for 3 or more nights.
5.  A deposit of $200.00 is required to confirm your reservation. Your deposit is not applied toward your room rental.
6.  Deposits are refundable after an inspection by our staff.  Damages will be charged against your deposit and/or credit card.
7.  Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date.  One month for monthlies.  No exceptions!  Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit!
8.  Absolutely no pets allowed.
