For many years, River Run Condominiums has been home to Winter Texans. Our mild winter climate has brought thousands of visitors to travel south during the cold winter months! Interstate 35 makes it easy for our "friends" to almost drive right up to our front door! Not only do our out of state guests enjoy our weather, but many have become friends with each other over the years. Although we think it's cold here....brrrrr....they often enjoy a swim in the Comal River! Cards, dominoes, golf, day trips to the beautiful Hill Country...you name it....our Winter Texans know how to have fun!
