Welcome to the River Run Resort Condominiums.  Here you will find an escape, a private place on the sparkling Comal River, a retreat that is fun for all. The grounds include over 1000 feet of river frontage. The Comal River is spring fed and stays a constant 72 degrees providing year-round enjoyment.

Area water sports vary from the mild to the wild. Choose a tranquil drift in an innertube or shoot the rapids in a canoe.

In addition to the water, we are just minutes from downtown New Braunfels where theatres, restaurants and antique shopping await you. Several golf courses and many sight-seeing attractions are nearby. Whatever you are seeking to enjoy, be assured that your time at RiverRun will be refreshing and relaxing.

The decor in our one, two, and large two bedroom units differs from simply comfortable to the moderately elegant. Each condominium is individually owned and includes basic niceties that you would find in your own home. The kitchens are also equipped with basic essentials such as appliances, pots and pans, dishes and silverware.

New Braunfels is located on IH 35 between Austin and San Antonio. Exit Lake McQueeney and take Seguin Ave. into town. Follow the Main Plaza halfway around and continue on Seguin Ave. to Zink St. and turn right. Turn left on Market St. Follow one block to RiverRun!

Rental Information

1.  Adult Registration is required.  Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent.
2.  Full Payment must be made at time of check-in.
3.  We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Cash, Travelers Cheques and Personal Checks with identification.
4.  All accommodations require a two-night minimum stay, holiday periods are subject to minimum stays for 3 or more nights.
5.  A deposit of $200.00 is required to confirm your reservation. Your deposit is not applied toward your room rental.
6.  Deposits are refundable after an inspection by our staff.  Damages will be charged against your deposit and/or credit card.
7.  Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date.  One month for monthlies.  No exceptions!  Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit!
8.  Absolutely no pets allowed.
